Experienced Credit Collections Staff
Capital Credit's main emphasis is on the recovery of overdue accounts. Our organization is expanding and offers career advancement for our employees, allowing us to recruit and retain top-notch individuals. Our collection agents hold ACA (American Collectors Association) certification and possess extensive experience, with many having over 15 years in the collection industry. On average, our Unit Managers and Lead Collection staff have over 20 years of experience in collection work.
All individuals who have direct contact with the debtor receive comprehensive training to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 422a), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Title VIII of PL 95-109), and the Debt Collection Act of 1982. They also possess knowledge of state-specific laws when applicable and industry-specific regulations such as current HIPAA guidelines. Every collector at Capital Credit is required to sign a Code of Ethics and Collection Principles that clearly define the ethical standards and collection practices upheld by Capital Credit.
